Callanish in Concert, Wednesday, March 15, 7 pm

Our St. Patrick’s Day concert will feature Callanish, a popular musical group that performs regularly in central Pennsylvania. Callanish plays Irish and Scottish music in the traditional style, with plenty of lively jigs, airs, and reels. The group uses a variety of instruments in their shows, including flute, concertina, fiddle, viola, guitar, bouzouki, and banjo.

Keyboard Fest Concert February 19

Our February concert will be a Keyboard Fest. The concert, on Sunday, February 19, at 2 p.m., will feature multiple organ and piano players from Huntingdon County performing a variety of musical styles. Musicians will include Anthony Bullett, Guy Croyle, William Lamberson, Terry Murray, Loren Rhodes, and Keith Sutton.  Tickets are $12 for general admission

Huntingdon County Arts Council
Lainey Albaugh will perform in concert at the Huntingdon County Arts Center. She is a soprano and is a senior vocal performance major at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her recital will feature selections from both classical and musical theater repertoire, including works by Puccini, Strauss, Richard Rodgers, and Stephen Schwartz. Originally from Huntingdon, Lainey appeared in several local musicals before continuing her studies at IUP. Recent roles include Jo in Little Women and Gretel in Hansel and Gretel.Lainey will be accompanied by Cheryl Latten.
