Our New Logo

Thanks to the efforts of two Juniata College classes over the fall and spring semesters, the Huntingdon County Arts Council has launched a rebranding program. The rebranding includes a new logo, a new website, and a new look throughout the Arts Center.

“This rebranding represents a major milestone in our organization’s history,” said Executive Director John Kearns. “As we continue to evolve, we recognized the need for a brand that captures the nature of our organization and the value we bring to the community.”

The new logo reflects the nonprofit’s evolution and vision for the future and includes elements from the building’s stained-glass windows and a new color palette that reflects the many aspects of the arts enjoyed by the community. Since the purchase of the former 12th Street Methodist Church over five years ago, the organization has grown significantly, expanding its services, including offering a wide range of classes and workshops, a regular concert series, a kids summer art camp program, a permanent Art Shoppe offering works by local artists, and providing a meeting space for other organizations. The new branding aligns with our core mission to enrich Huntingdon County through the encouragement, support, and promotion of the arts in Huntingdon County and the surrounding area.

While the Arts Council’s visual identity is changing, its commitment to promoting high-quality exhibits, concerts, and education to the county and beyond remains the same.

The new branding was rolled out across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and building signage effective July 30, 2026.

The Juniata College Integrated Media Arts Community Design Lab classes were led by Ryan Kough and then Bethany Benson. Students who helped with the rebranding included Dylan Boris, Michelle Cliff, Hailey Cox, Callie Cramer, Charlotte Crane, Tenzin Dechen, Qi Jiang, Alexis Kandibowski, Ahad Khan, Kaleah Leisher, Max Locke, Kennedy McHugh, Ananjay Rajput, Daphne Pham, Caitlin Steffie, Jessica Suarez, Yuxiao (Bob) Sun, Chloe Wang, William Wang, Luping Xia, Renee Zhang, and Yelley Zheng. We thank them for all of their work and support through the school year.
