Paint a Pumpkin at Art Walk Huntingdon

Join us at Art Walk Huntingdon, Thursday, October 20, from 5 to 8 pm, at the new Huntingdon County Arts Center, (formerly the 12th Street Methodist Church), at the corner of 12th & Mifflin St, Huntingdon.
It is time to show your creativity and Paint a Pumpkin.

Other venues are also participating in Art Walk Huntingdon.

  • Standing Stone Coffee Company “Spill the Tea” This month come visit Huntingdon Area High School Senior Studio artists in their debut art sale. Eva Morris will feature original nature photography, Rebecca Swartz will showcase a variety of painted magnets, and Gracie Hobbs will produce wearable pin art. All artwork will be available for purchase. Come see us at Standing Stone Coffee Shop for some good drinks, tasty eats, and beautiful art. Standing Stone is also hosting local author, Sierra Leighton for a signing of her books. Kids can make a ghost garland. There will also be a vendor marketplace featuring ten local artists and crafters in its parking lot along with All ages welcome!
  • Juniata Brewing Company is inviting participants to tie-dye t-shirts with Aaren Sellers. T-shirts will be on-hand to buy for the activity.
  • Juniata College Museum of Art is celebrating the East Broad Top Railroad 5-8 pm! At 6 pm Join us for an informal discussion about how the East Broad Top exhibition came to be! Leading us will be Lawrence Biemiller, Corporate Secretary of the EBT Foundation; Julie Rockwell, EBT Archivist; and Juniata College students past and present who contributed to the project.
  • Huntingdon County Library All Artists Welcome Every Third Thursday from 5 to 6 pm. Everyone is invited to join us once a month to make great art during the monthly Huntingdon Art Walk! Learn about and explore a variety of artists, styles, and mediums and make beautiful creations.
  • Wildflower Cafe will be open with a kid’s art activity

Art Walk Huntingdon is held on the third Thursday of each month.

We had a great opening reception for our Rural Rising exhibit on Thursday.
