Art Walk Huntingdon Tonight

Category:Uncategorized

Art Walk Huntingdon is a monthly open house across multiple venues in Huntingdon Borough featuring artist exhibitions, art activities and lots of fun! You don’t have to be creative to enjoy Art Walk, but you just might discover you are more creative than you thought!

This month we’re bringing back the “Find Artie Walker” social media contest. If you find our 15″ Artie Walker mascot at one of the Art Walk venues, snap a selfie with him and post it to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtags #IFoundArtie and #ArtWalkHdon. We’ll review all of the tagged entries and randomly choose a winner to be announced on the first Friday of the following month. If you win, you can choose a prize from Artie’s prize basket during the September Art Walk Huntingdon event.

This month features:

  • Make beaded bracelets at the Huntingdon County Arts Center on the corner of 12th and Mifflin Streets.
  • To be determined at Juniata Brewing Company, 11th Street and Susquehanna Avenue.
  • Check out the maker space and learn to use all of the cool tools for your own creations at the Huntingdon County Library 5-7 pm.
  • Make animal and sea creature mini diamond art at Standing Stone Coffee Company, 13th and Mifflin Streets.
  • Music and/or food truck in Bryan Park on the 500 block of Washington Street
  • Wildflower Cafe
