Yes, memberships for the Arts Council for 2021 start on April 1st.

Please renew your membership today to help support our efforts to provide arts and cultural opportunities in Huntingdon County.

All memberships begin on April 1 and end on March 31 the following year. Members will receive a membership card that you can use to obtain your benefits.

Join us this year for a diverse program of events:

  • A full schedule of exhibits featuring a wide variety of artists and art forms at our new temporary home at The Playhouse at McConnellstown at 11680 Raystown Road (Route 26) in McConnellstown.
  • Monthly Art Walk Huntingdon special activities and events on the third Thursday of every month, starting April 15.
  • The Art Station at the Huntingdon County Fair, hosting artistic talent from throughout the county.
  • Folk College, May 28-30, is now planned as a virtual event.
  • Greenwood Furnace Folk Gathering, September 11-13, a music festival that includes honoring a Pennsylvania Heritage Musician.
  • Fiber ArtsFest, October 1 & 2, dedicated to teaching fiber arts and showcasing fiber vendors.
  • The Holiday Shoppe during December featuring a wide selection of works by local artists.

We had a great opening reception for our Rural Rising exhibit on Thursday.
