Poetry Reading by Jack Troy

Local potter, writer, and teacher Jack Troy will read poetry from his new book, Giving It Up to the Wind, a book of 46 new poems released in August 2021, as well as his first book of poetry, Calling the Planet Home.

His reading will be at the Huntingdon County Library on Friday, October 22 at 12:15 pm.

Copies of the book will be available for purchase after the reading.

We had a great opening reception for our Rural Rising exhibit on Thursday. The exhibit is our Call for Entries exhibit based on the theme Rural Rising (which we "borrowed" from the Rural Rising seminar at Juniata College.We have 59 works of art from 20 different local artists, so come check it out.The exhibit is free and runs through May 3.
