Spring Thaw Winners Announced

Spring Thaw, the Arts Council’s annual youth art & writing exhibition, has announced winners for the 2021 Spring Thaw. There were 176 entries from all across Huntingdon County. Our annual Call for Entries exhibit celebrates Lake Raystown's 50th anniversary this year.
