Do you want to explore “The Artist YOU are?” Learn new techniques, expand your portfolio, or further develop your current interests? Mrs. Gennaro’s summer teens camp will run for 15 days, Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 11—August 8, from 9:30-11:30a.m. (We will decide together which Tuesdays and Thursdays will be skipped.) There will be additional studio hours when the Huntingdon County Arts Center is open so you can work independently in your own space. Mrs. Gennaro will teach a variety of techniques and mediums of your choosing. You will work in a sketchbook to explore a big idea and create a body of final work. You will end the summer with a portfolio and an art exhibition, running from August 16 to September 7, to display your exploration. There will be a maximum of 15 students. "Vienna Serenade" are 11 professional musicians dedicated to the music of old Vienna. Tickets are $20 general admission and $16 for Arts Council members. Purchase them at the Arts Center (Tuesday through Saturday), at huntingdoncountyarts.com, or at the door.
