Wake up your interest in writing. The Huntingdon County Arts Council is offering 6-weeks of Creative Writing Classes taught by Prudence Ingerman designed to ignite participants’ creativity.  Each class will feature a new technique and some in-class practice done only by hand. No computers.

Classes are on Wednesdays, starting May 1, from 10:30 am to Noon.
The six class meeting dates are May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, and June 5.

Classes are held at the Huntingdon County Arts Center at 313 12th Street, Huntingdon.

Classes are $70 for the general public and $60 for current Arts Council members.
The class is limited to 8 adults.

About the Instructor

Prudence Ingerman created and taught writing courses at Juniata College for sixteen years.  She has written and illustrated 24 books. Her book, At Home, was recently published by Sunbury Press.

At the Huntingdon County Arts Center, we offer seven different weeks of summer art camp for kids, for 9- to 12-year-olds. The classes are from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday, with a different theme each week. The cost for each weekly session is $90.
