Description

Revamped with Mark Minnich and Sally Williams Minnich will perform a classical music concert.

Revamped is a husband and wife team of violinists who combine classical, folk, jazz, and rock styles in a unique way. Their performances include complex arrangements, electronic instruments, theatrical elements, and signature stunts that amaze and inspire audiences. They have performed individually and together in a variety of venues across the United States and abroad.

Mark Minnich has a B.M. in violin performance from Bowling Green State University and an M.A. in music theory and history from Penn State University. He currently is Concertmaster of the Williamsport Symphony Orchestra and President of the Penn’s Woods Music Festival in State College.

Sally Williams Minnich has Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in violin performance from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s Degree in music education from Penn State University. She currently is serving as the Director of the State College Suzuki Program.

The concert will be on Sunday, August 21 at 2 p.m. in the new Huntingdon County Arts Center (formerly the 12th Street Methodist Church) at the corner of 12th & Mifflin Streets in Huntingdon.

Tickets are $12 for the general public and $10 for current Arts Council members and students (with ID). Children under 12 are free.

Tickets can be purchased online at huntingdoncountryarts.com, at the Arts Center during exhibition hours, or at the door.
